We Know Real Estate
We know how stressful the home buying, selling, & moving process can be as we’ve personally made four cross-country moves.
After living in four different states, our last move was in 2015 when we decided to settle down in the Charleston, SC area and specifically chose Summerville. We love this city and its communities and are proud to call it home. Since moving here, we have been blessed with two children, Caden & Ellie who attend DD2 schools.
In our free time, we like to take family adventures to the beach, eat at local restaurants, attend our local church, and take advantage of all the fun festivals and activities the Charleston area offers.
How it Started
Before working in Real Estate, Kevin specialized in logistics working in corporate America and Brittnay was a nurse practitioner. Feeling constrained by our 9-5 careers, we wanted to own our own business and obtain the freedom and flexibility entrepreneurship allows.
Investing in a single rental property changed our lives and opened the door for a new career. Five years later, we own our own real estate brokerage, have purchased several investment properties, and have helped numerous buyers and sellers with various real estate transactions.
